We had a wonderful stay in this clean and cosy caravan at Newquay Bay Resort 63. The host, Lesley, provided tea, coffee, milk, and biscuits. The beds were made and there were soft towels for us to use, as well as a blanket and towel for our four-legged guest. Communication with Lesley was easy and she made us feel right at home. We enjoyed the homely feel of the caravan and appreciated the thoughtful amenities. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Cornwall.
100% Recommend this hotel.

Stayed at a cozy and well-maintained caravan. Appreciated the thoughtful touches like tea, coffee, milk, and biscuits provided by the host. The beds were made with soft towels provided, even for our four-legged guest. Great location with easy access to the attractions in the area.
At times, the weather made the caravan uncomfortably hot, a fan could be a good addition. The pull-out bed wasn't very comfortable, an extra mattress topper could improve it.

Loved the free WiFi! I had so much fun scrolling through social media while my car got stuck trying to park. And the playground was a blast, especially when my nephew fell off the swing.
It was just perfect. Nothing to complain about.

From the moment we entered the caravan, we were blown away by the attention to detail. The personalized touches, like the coffee, tea, and biscuits, made us feel right at home. Everything was spotlessly clean and smelled fresh. The amenities, such as the outdoor dining area and seasonal outdoor pool, were a great addition. We also appreciated the pet-friendly accommodation and the fact that everything was in perfect working order. The host, Lesley, was a delight to communicate with. We have already rebooked because this was by far the best caravan experience we've had. Outstanding in every way!

Wow! The rooms at Newquay Bay Resort 63 are so cozy and comfortable. The living room is perfect for lounging after a long day of trekking, and the sofa is like a cloud. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy for us to cook our own meals, and the flat-screen TV was great for unwinding in the evenings. It felt like a home away from home!
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the shower in the private bathroom. But hey, that's just my preference, others might still enjoy it.

The rooms were super cozy and comfortable, making me feel right at home. I loved the living room area with the sofa, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. Having a fully equipped kitchen was a game-changer, allowing me to cook my own meals. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch, giving me the option to unwind with my favorite shows.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the sofa bed in every unit. But hey, some people might find it handy.
